A collection of decorative pottery and ceramic items featuring various European and Oriental styles. The group includes a tall, faceted porcelain vase with a yellow ground and hand-painted floral sprays; a pair of rectangular porcelain vases with trailing bird and blossom motifs on burgundy and navy grounds; and a white-ground ginger jar with a domed cover decorated in the Japanese Imari style with peacock panels. The lot also contains a blue-glazed oinochoe-style jug with classical figures in white and gilt metal effect, a blue-glazed double-handled vase with enamel figure decoration, and a stoneware beer stein with relief-moulded scenes and a hinged pewter lid. Further items include a small globular jar with floral landscape panels, an ovoid earthenware vase with a dense yellow and red floral pattern, and a spherical vessel with a textured cobalt blue volcanic-effect glaze. While visual similarities to Longwy enamels and Royal Doulton Persian patterns are noted in the rectangular and yellow vases respectively, no legible maker names or marks are observed on the pieces.
