How selling works
- Talk to us. Tell us what you would like to sell and we will advise on whether it suits our sales.
- Consign. Your items are entered into a suitable sale. The commission rate is agreed with you before consignment.
- Sold at auction. Your items are catalogued and offered in our next suitable sale, with online bidding.
- Get paid. Sold lots are itemised with their hammer prices, and you receive the net proceeds after commission.
Seller’s charges
We charge a seller’s commission on the hammer price of each lot sold, at a rate agreed before consignment. We may also charge for additional services such as photography, insurance and specialist handling where applicable. See our terms and conditions.
