A ceramic tobacco jar modelled in the form of a young person’s head. The vessel is constructed with a removable lid formed by the upper portion of a colourful headscarf, featuring hand-painted green, yellow, and lavender tones. The face is finished in a semi-matte brown glaze with hand-painted facial features, including detailed eyes and red-tinted lips. Black hair is visible beneath the scarf at the forehead and ears. The interior of the jar and lid are finished with a plain white glaze. No legible maker’s marks, model numbers, or decorators’ marks are present on the base or interior surfaces.
