A Royal Crown Derby bone china dinner plate decorated in the traditional 1128 Old Imari pattern. The circular plate features a central floral medallion within a segmented border of alternating panels. One set of panels displays iron-red stylised flowers with cobalt blue foliage on a white ground, while the opposing panels contain white diamond-shaped scales over a cross-hatched dark blue ground. The entire design is heavily enriched with gilded scrollwork and highlights. The base bears a printed red backstamp featuring a crown above a Royal Crown Derby monogram, encircled by the words ROYAL CROWN DERBY and ENGLISH BONE CHINA. The pattern number 1128 is printed below, followed by the Roman numeral date code XLIII for 1980. Additional hand-painted marks include a green circle, a red cross, and a small gilt character.
