A collection of 14 pieces of Royal Albert bone china in the Old Country Roses pattern. The set comprises teacups of Montrose shape, featuring fluted bodies and scrolled handles, and matching circular saucers with scalloped rims. Each piece is decorated with transfer-printed clusters of deep red, pink, and yellow roses amongst green foliage. The rims, handles, and foot rings are finished with a stippled gilt metal effect. The underside of each piece bears a multi-coloured printed backstamp featuring a rose spray above the pink script Old Country Roses, and green capitalised text reading ROYAL ALBERT, BONE CHINA, ENGLAND.
