A Royal Doulton glazed ceramic figurine titled My First Pony, model RDA 34, from the Horse and Pony Collection. The piece depicts a standing pony with a chestnut-coloured coat, featuring a flaxen mane and tail. The animal is modelled with three white socks and a white star and snip on its face, and is shown wearing a brown bridle. The pony is set upon an integral oval base decorated with a textured green and brown finish to represent grass and earth. The underside of the base features a black and white rectangular label reading ROYAL DOULTON ANIMALS HORSE AND PONY COLLECTION MY FIRST PONY RDA 34 © 2003 ROYAL DOULTON HAND MADE & HAND DECORATED.
