A Mdina? studio glass vase of squat, globular form, designed in the Sand and Sea colourway. The vessel is constructed from hand-blown glass featuring a vibrant turquoise and cerulean blue core, encased in clear glass with multi-layered internal decoration. The design incorporates swirling opaque white and cream trails, dark navy bands, and scattered metallic gold-toned flecks. The body is characterized by deep, organic pulled indentations or “ears”, creating a sculptural and tactile surface. The piece is finished with a flared, disc-shaped rim and a short neck. The base is not visible, and no signatures or marks are readable.
