A sterling silver ingot pendant of rectangular form, featuring a heavy textured bark finish to all faces. The front of the pendant is struck with a series of deep hallmarks within individual cartouches. These include the maker’s mark D&B in a lobed cartouche, an anchor representing the Birmingham assay office, a lion passant for sterling silver fineness, and a stylized lowercase letter c dating the piece to 1977, the commemorative Silver Jubilee year for Queen Elizabeth II. The pendant is fitted with a soldered jump ring and a circular bale for suspension.
