He wears a tall black top hat with a red band and holds a slender dark cane in his left hand. The figure is mounted on a rectangular black and gold-veined marble base. The item is manufactured from a hand-painted bonded marble or resin composition. The underside of the figurine’s integral base features an impressed rectangular mark reading DEPOSE ITALY above the model number 2015 and a five-pointed star.
