A Royal Crown Derby bone china salad plate decorated in the 1128 Old Imari pattern. The design features a central eight-pointed floral medallion within a circular white field, surrounded by a wide border of alternating cobalt blue panels. One panel style contains stylized iron-red flowers with gilded foliate scrolls, while the other features a red and white diaper lattice pattern within a diamond reserve. The plate is finished with extensive 22 carat gold gilding to the pattern and the rim. The underside bears the Royal Crown Derby printed mark in iron red, featuring a crown above a monogram with the words Royal Crown Derby English Bone China, the pattern number 1128, and the Roman numeral date code XLV, indicating a manufacture date of 1982.
