A dark-stained oak? sideboard of breakfront form designed in the Tudor Revival style. The upper surface features a small raised gallery at each end. The cabinet is configured with two outer sections, each featuring a single cupboard door decorated with carved gothic arches and floral motifs, situated above a single drawer with twin rosette carvings. The central section comprises a pair of cupboard doors with ornate geometric and floral relief carving, set above a wide drawer with vertical fluted gadrooned decoration. The piece is fitted throughout with darkened metal ring-pull handles and decorative butterfly hinges. The sideboard is of substantial construction with panelled sides and a plinth base.
