A contemporary light oak? tall bookcase featuring four fixed open shelving compartments arranged above a base section containing three drawers. The piece is constructed with a prominent natural wood grain and features a back panel comprised of horizontal tongue-and-groove style oak-faced slats. The shelves are integrated into the side panels using dado joints. Each of the three drawers is fitted with a brushed metal bow-style handle and accented by two decorative square wooden insets at either end of the drawer fronts, reflecting elements of the Arts and Crafts style. The unit is finished with a simple straight-edged cornice and base.
