Each table is constructed from a light-toned wood frame, likely oak?, with an inset surface featuring four ceramic tiles arranged in a two-by-two grid. The tiles exhibit a mottled, natural stone-effect glaze in shades of cream and beige with terracotta-coloured inclusions. The tables are supported by distinctive panel-style legs, each featuring a central oval aperture and flared feet, designed to allow the three tables to nest together for compact storage. The construction is characteristic of British furniture design from the 1970s.
