The clock is surmounted by a standing figure of a gentleman in 17th-century costume, positioned beside a pedestal decorated with a heraldic crest. The circular white enamel dial includes black Roman numeral hour markers and moon-style hands, with two winding apertures for the time and strike functions. The movement is housed in a drum-shaped casing supported by an ornate pierced base featuring Rococo-style scrollwork, acanthus leaves, and a central figural cartouche. The clock is equipped with a mechanical twin-train movement designed to strike on a bell, which is visible at the rear. The assembly stands on four scrolled feet.
