A pair of hand-carved oak architectural corbels or brackets, rendered in the Renaissance Revival style. Each piece is designed with a classic S-curve or cyma reversa profile, topped with a rectangular block for load-bearing support. The primary decorative feature of each corbel is a high-relief lion’s mask with an open mouth, framed by stylized foliate scrolls that merge into an acanthus mane. The lower curved section of each bracket is further embellished with overlapping leaf or scale-like carvings. The corbels are crafted from solid oak and retain a natural aged finish. The back and top surfaces are flat and plain for mounting purposes. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible on the exterior.
