A glazed porcelain figural vase manufactured by Porceval in Villamarchante, Valencia, Spain. The piece features a central vessel modelled in the form of a tree trunk, flanked by two flamingos with outstretched wings. The base is naturalistically rendered with moulded reeds and grasses. The piece is finished in a high-gloss glaze with a palette of soft whites, pale greys, muted greens, and tans. The underside of the base features a blue printed backstamp with the manufacturer name Porceval contained within a rectangular border, accompanied by the text Hand Made in Spain, Villamarchante, and Valencia. There are also incised marks present, including a capital letter H and a numeral 4 contained within a shield-like border.
