Buyer's Premium:

This is a reproduction tabletop radio in the cathedral style, designed to emulate the aesthetics of early 1930s models. The cabinet is constructed from stained wood or wood-veneered composite material, featuring a characteristic pointed arch and decorative fretwork over a fabric-covered speaker grille. Vertical fluted pilasters are positioned on either side of the control panel. Centrally located is a small analogue tuning window with a decorative metal bezel marked 1932 at the top, likely denoting the style era rather than the year of manufacture. The tuning scales include FM frequencies (88-108 MHz) and AM frequencies (530-1600 kHz). Four black plastic control knobs are arranged vertically on the right side, labelled Volume On/Off, Tone, Tuning, and AM-FM-AFC. The inclusion of an AFC (Automatic Frequency Control) setting identifies this as a modern solid-state electronic device. A small decorative wooden plaque is affixed to the right side of the base.
