A two-piece writing set by Waterman, Paris, consisting of a ballpoint pen and a mechanical pencil. The instruments are constructed with brushed stainless steel barrels and caps, finished with gold-tone accents. The ballpoint pen features a twist-action mechanism and a decorative triple-ring gold-tone band at the nose cone. The matching mechanical pencil features a similar triple-ring band at the cap crown. Both pieces are presented in a signature Waterman navy blue presentation box with a white satin-lined interior. The Waterman branding and logo, featuring a stylized W within a hexagon, are printed in gold on both the interior and exterior of the case. A small adhesive label marked 1001 is present on the outer lid.
