A diverse collection of vintage ephemera and household collectibles, primarily of British origin, encompassing tobacciana, stationery, and promotional items. The lot features an extensive assortment of vintage matchbooks and matchboxes housed in a Benson and Hedges Special Filter box, with branding from various international entities including Cunard Queen Elizabeth 2, Sol Hoteles, Hotel Los Dálmatas, S.E.I.T.A., and Hendon Hall Hotel. Also present are two John Player and Sons card-style cigarette packs for Perfectos No. 2 Virginia Cigarettes, marked for quantities of 50 and 25 respectively. Stationery items include a yellow Sheaffer’s Skrip Writing Fluid box for Washable Blue ink, a large glass bottle for Field’s Inks with a partial rainbow-graphic label, and several small glass bottles likely used for ink or dye. Visible markings on these small bottles include Winsor and Newton, a cap marked Lion, and a cap marked Stanley Patentee. Promotional and textile items consist of a stack of cards titled Where the action is – The Lamb’s Navy Calendar and a red branded box for Tootal Ties containing a navy blue patterned tie. The collection also includes a vintage rotary-style food grater set in its original cardboard box and various other clear and amber glass apothecary-style bottles.
