This lot comprises a variety of late 19th and early 20th-century personal and desk items. The collection features a white metal travelling desk set with a spiral-fluted barley-twist pattern, containing a dip pen, propelling pencil, and desk knife within a matching cylindrical case. Included are two red enamel trinket boxes with gilt-metal borders; the larger box features a central crest with Sandringham lettering on a blue circular background. A heart-shaped porcelain Port decanter label is finished with polychrome flowers and a metal chain. Further items include a cast metal bottle opener stamped with British design registration number RD702661, a miniature engine-turned propelling pencil with a suspension ring, a small cylindrical case with blue enamelled bands, a circular gilt-metal pill box with engraved scrollwork, and a silver-toned egg-shaped case with a ribbed exterior and suspension loop.
