This collection features a vintage Stratton folding notepad case and a matching gold-toned ballpoint pen. The metal case is decorated with a fine engine-turned geometric and floral scroll pattern and is marked on the interior hinge with Laughton & Sons Ltd Warstock Rd B’ham. The set is housed in its original brown fabric protective pouch and includes the cardboard presentation box with original paper pad. Included in the lot is a rectangular silver-toned accessory case, suitable for business cards or as a slim cigarette case, featuring traditional Korean Najeonchilgi style mother-of-pearl inlay. The design includes iridescent circular motifs set against a black ground surrounded by rows of Korean Hangul script. Completing the collection is a cast pewter hair barrette by Seagull Pewter, featuring a relief-moulded floral and flowing leaf design. The reverse of the barrette is stamped with © 1989 Seagull Pewter Canada and is fitted with a standard metal tension-release clip.
