A collection of two matched pairs of vintage screw-back earrings, designed for unpierced ears. The first pair is crafted from 9 carat yellow gold, featuring polished gold spheres approximately 8mm in diameter. The flat surfaces of the screw fasteners are stamped with the fineness mark 9CT and the maker mark B&S. The second pair consists of yellow metal mountings, each set with a single creamy-white cultured pearl measuring approximately 7.5mm in diameter with a good lustre. Both pairs are fitted with traditional screw-back mechanisms featuring textured, circular fasteners.
