Another Great Auction
A collection of Wedgwood sage green (celadon) jasperware featuring applied white bas-relief sprigged decoration. The set includes a bud vase with grapevine and foliate bands, a pair of circular candlesticks with flared nozzles and foliate borders, two circular pin dishes with central classical scenes, and a trilobed dish depicting three individual classical vignettes. The base of one piece features the impressed mark Wedgwood Made in England with a registered trademark symbol, along with smaller impressed characters. The lot also includes a wooden wall-hanging rack containing twelve assorted ceramic and metal thimbles, a small circular ceramic dish with a reticulated lattice border and pink rose decoration, and a brass-toned quartz carriage-style desk clock with Roman numeral hour markers, signed Huaba.
