A wooden box clad in metal with relief polychrome enamelled decoration featuring figures in traditional dress against a turquoise textured ground, in the Chinese export style. The contents include a gilt-metal and enamel badge for The Royal College of Nursing of the United Kingdom, featuring the Latin motto Tradere Quod Accepi and the word Lampada. Also included is a gold-toned metal rosary with a crucifix and a religious medal, an assortment of glass and millefiori beads in various colours and shapes, a gold-coloured religious medal marked JUDE, and several small metal floral charms. Additional items comprise a small enamelled miniature box decorated with a landscape and figures, a small enamelled vessel fragment with floral decoration, and various metal findings and pins.
