A mid-20th century open face pocket watch manufactured by Ingersoll in Great Britain. The timepiece features a distinctive two-tone tuxedo style dial, consisting of a white centre and a black outer chapter ring. The dial is set with Arabic numerals and luminous-filled cathedral-style hour and minute hands. A recessed small seconds sub-dial is located at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is signed Ingersoll below the centre and marked Made in Gt Britain at the bottom edge. The watch is housed in a chrome-plated base metal case with a plain snap-on back and a manual wind movement.
