This collection comprises three glazed ceramic figurines manufactured by Beswick in England, depicting characters from the stories of Beatrix Potter. The set features Peter Rabbit in his signature blue jacket, Mr. Benjamin Bunny in a purple coat and yellow waistcoat, and Miss Moppet the kitten holding a blue and white chequered cloth. Each figurine is finished with a high-gloss glaze and carries a brown printed backstamp on the underside including character names, F. Warne & Co. Ltd. copyright information, and the Beswick factory mark. The bases indicate copyright dates of 1948 for Peter Rabbit, 1954 for Miss Moppet, and 1965 for Mr. Benjamin Bunny. Various hand-painted potter or decorator marks are also present on the underside of each piece.
