A vintage uniform belt and buckle belonging to The Boys’ Brigade, a Christian youth organisation. The belt is constructed from dark brown leather and features a two-piece brass locket-style buckle. The circular female component of the buckle is embossed with the text THE BOYS’ BRIGADE. The male component features a central circular boss displaying the organisation’s emblem: a fouled anchor flanked by the letters B and B. Beneath the anchor, the motto SURE & STEDFAST is partially visible. The belt is fitted with a secondary metal frame buckle at one end for size adjustment and a leather keeper.
