This lot comprises two vintage personal accessories crafted from silver-toned metal. The first is a rectangular cigarette case with rounded corners, featuring a linear engine-turned pattern and a stylized feather or foliate engraving to one corner. The interior is gold-washed and fitted with two blue elasticated retaining straps. It is stamped MADE IN ENGLAND to the inner rim. The second item is a square powder compact with a concentric engine-turned design and a small rectangular plaque in one corner depicting a heraldic lion. The reverse of the case is stamped DUBARRY. Internally, the compact contains a circular powder compartment with a peach-coloured puff and a glass mirror. Neither item displays hallmarks for precious metal, indicating they are likely silver-plated or made of nickel silver.
