A limited edition presentation set of Brontë Liqueur, titled Charlotte’s Reserve, produced by The Brontë Liqueur Company Ltd to commemorate the bicentenary of the birth of Charlotte Brontë (1816-2016). The liqueur is produced in England and is bottled at 26 percent alcohol by volume in a 20cl bottle. The recipe is noted as being sweetened with wildflower honey and jasmine. The item is presented in a red book-shaped display box featuring gilt-style decorative scrollwork and a recessed interior compartment lined with paper printed to resemble a handwritten manuscript. The interior lid features printed tasting notes which describe the colour as old gold, the nose as berry fruits, vanilla, wild honey, and floral herbs, the palate as bramble, creamy caramel, honey, jasmine, and spices, and the finish as burnished spices, aged wood, and sweet fruit.
