This lot comprises two pieces of contemporary hand-blown art glass. The first item is a vase of ovoid form with a flared rim, constructed from opaque white glass. The body is decorated with abstract, swirled streaks of blue, grey, and yellow, and features two applied clear glass handles at the neck. The second item is a free-form studio glass bowl with a heavily ruffled, undulating rim. The interior displays a mottled or splatter pattern in shades of turquoise blue, forest green, and brown, while the exterior is finished in a contrasting pale cream-coloured glass. Both pieces are unsigned and exhibit characteristics of late 20th-century decorative glassware.
Vase height: 19.5 cm.
