A collection of RCR (Royal Crystal Rock) 24% lead crystal glassware in the Opera pattern, presented in two original red boxes. The collection consists of a wine set comprising a round-bodied decanter with a faceted ball stopper and stemmed wine glasses, and a spirits set comprising a square-shouldered decanter with a rectangular faceted stopper and tumblers. Each piece is decorated with a pattern of deep-cut diamonds to the base and vertical facets to the upper body. The glassware retains original gold-toned foil labels marked RCR CRYSTAL ITALY. The boxes bear the RCR and Opera branding. A retailer slip for Oxby & Son is included.
