This lot comprises two glazed ceramic mouse figurines produced by Wade Ceramics, Stoke-on-Trent, England. The first figurine depicts a mouse in an upright sitting posture, finished in a tan glossy glaze with dark painted eyes and nose. The base features a circular Wade backstamp and handwritten script identifying the piece as Stilton Mouse from the Goodie box Special 2007, accompanied by the artist initials SH. The second figurine depicts a mouse reclining on an oval dark green and black base, finished in a light brown glossy glaze with dark painted eyes. The underside of the base is marked with an incised Wade factory mark and a printed inscription stating it is a limited edition of 1750, produced exclusively for the Dunstable Wade Fair in 1996.
