The pose consists of one arm raised aloft with the hand clutching a small, indeterminate object, while the other hand rests upon the abdomen. The sculpture displays a varied dark brown patina with significant areas of green verdigris corrosion, particularly concentrated in the crevices of the loincloth and limbs. There are light-coloured surface deposits and general surface wear visible across the torso and legs. The casting is solid and the piece is freestanding without an integral or separate base.
