A philatelic and numismatic collection from the United Kingdom comprising a 2003 DNA commemorative coin cover and a 1994 D-Day stamp multiple. The first component is a Royal Mail presentation card issued on 25 February 2003 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the DNA double helix discovery. The second component is a horizontal strip of four 25p stamps issued in 1994 for the 50th anniversary of D-Day, SG 1821-1824. These stamps depict monochrome historical photographs with red text banners detailing specific operations, including infantry regrouping on Sword Beach, commandos landing on Gold Beach, coastal bombardment by HMS Warspite, and groundcrew reloading RAF Bostons. All stamps are perforated and uncancelled.
