A vintage British multi-purpose scissor set featuring interchangeable blades, marketed under the brand name Eversev D-B. The set comprises a single pair of chromium-plated steel handles with a screw-pivot mechanism designed for easy blade exchange. The collection includes three pairs of detachable blades of varying profiles: a pair of long straight-edge dressmaking blades currently attached to the frame, a pair of medium-length pointed utility blades, and a pair of small, fine-pointed blades. The scissor frame is stamped with Made in England and Size A. The components are housed in their original presentation case, which features a red textured leatherette exterior with a gold-tone border and twin metal hook-and-eye clasps. The interior is fitted with a blue velvet base containing custom recessed compartments for the blades and handles, and a padded white satin lid lining printed with the black brand logo and the inscriptions Chromium Plated Steel and Detachable Blades.
