A collection of eight photomechanical colour prints depicting various Victorian-era genre scenes after works by late-19th-century artists. The subjects include domestic cottage interiors, family gatherings, and a wedding ceremony. Several prints bear printed signatures within the image area, including C.A. Smith 1892, Carlton A. Smith 1894, and Carlton A. Smith 1895, after the works of Carlton Alfred Smith (British, 1853-1946). One print depicting a wedding ceremony bears the printed signature James Charles in the lower left, after the original work Signing the Register by James Charles (British, 1851-1906). The prints are uniformly presented in gilt-effect moulded frames with various olive and sage green double mounts. No edition numbers, publisher stamps, or hand-signed signatures are present.
