A mixed-media decorative wall plaque featuring a hand-painted ceramic central roundel and border inserts mounted within a segmented white metal frame. The central ceramic element is decorated with a school of stylised blue fish swimming in a circular formation around a yellow sun-like motif accented with red stars. The outer rim alternates between plain metal panels and four ceramic inserts depicting blue wave patterns. The frame is finished with a rope-twist border to the inner and outer edges. The reverse reveals a red earthenware body finished with a glossy orange-brown glaze and a raised foot rim with a pre-drilled hanging hole. Two worn, impressed circular marks are present on one of the metal panels but remain illegible.
