A circular earthenware plate by the Puigdemont family of potters from La Bisbal d’Emporda, Spain. The hand-painted central motif depicts a stylized duck or waterfowl in shades of blue, yellow, and brown, set against green foliage and abstract blue brushstrokes on a cream-glazed ground. The plate has a shallow, slightly irregular form characteristic of hand-thrown studio pottery. The reverse is hand-signed in brown cursive script with the name Puigdemont, with an additional mark consisting of three vertical strokes appearing as M or III below the signature.
