A group of decorative elephant-themed objects comprising three hand-carved wooden figures and a light-toned ceramic vessel. Two of the wooden figures are carved from a medium-toned hardwood in a naturalistic, standing pose, featuring incised geometric detailing to represent skin folds on the trunks and legs. A third wooden carving presents a more abstract, upright form with a vertically raised trunk and a smooth, polished finish. The lot is completed by a ceramic vessel shaped as an elephant’s head, featuring large flared ears, impressed triangular patterns to the brow, and tusks painted in a white finish. The ceramic piece is open at the crown, functioning as a small pot or cup. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible on any of the items.
