The centre displays a red five-pointed star on a cream ground, superimposed with the word TEXACO in black and a large green capital T. Small black text below the star reads REGISTERED TRADE MARK. The graphic is a circular decal or print mounted between two protective sheets of clear acrylic. The assembly is suspended by two wire hangers threaded through holes at the upper corners of the acrylic. The design employs traditional British motoring terminology from the early to mid-20th century.
