The group includes industrial and household product tins such as a cylindrical Lone Shot Cascamite Powdered Resin Glue tin in red and blue, a Radiospares Switch Cleaner oiler with a needle applicator, a Sherley’s Lactol tin for puppies and kittens, a Pomp Mothproofer aerosol, and a rectangular red Car Polish tin. Confectionery and biscuit packaging is represented by a Burton’s Assorted Scotch Shortbread tin depicting a coastal landscape, an Amaretti Virginia Sassello tall floral tin, and a Cadbury’s Buttons Musical Money Box. Decorative examples include a large cream floral storage tin, a blue balloon-themed round tin, and a tin featuring two chicks in a nest.
