A vintage desktop perpetual calendar of mixed material construction, featuring a polished brass front frame and a solid oak housing. The brass bezel is decorated with a continuous beaded border and secures a glass panel through which the calendar cards are viewed. The interior contains a complete sequence of printed cardstock month and date inserts, showing black and red typography for months, days of the week, and numerical dates, embellished with decorative snowflake motifs. Two knurled brass knobs are mounted to the top corners for manual adjustment. The oak casing features a visible grain and is supported by a stepped oak base with a green felt lining to the underside. Access to the internal card compartment is provided via a hinged oak panel to the reverse, which is secured by two brass turn-latches and central pull-knob. The calendar cards include month headers such as FEBRUARY (28 DAYS) and numerical grids up to 31. A horizontal red line is present on the internal glass or celluloid face to indicate the current date.
