Each oval badge features a textured or enamelled face in various colours including black, maroon, blue, and tan. The badges are inscribed with the text DONCASTER RACECOURSE 1776 MEMBER alongside the specific membership year and number. Each badge is suspended from a braided cord lanyard in coordinating colours such as black, yellow, maroon and gold, or blue and white. Included in the lot is a gold-tone costume jewellery brooch? in the form of a racing horse and jockey. The horse is pavé-set with clear rhinestones, while the jockey is finished with red and white enamelled details. Most badges are housed in individual clear plastic pouches with black backings.
