A collection of decorative neoclassical style? interior accessories, featuring a pair of large column-form candle holders and a smaller coordinating pedestal stand. The candle holders are constructed with black-finished fluted shafts, embellished with gilded floral bosses and beaded bands in a gilt-gesso finish. The tops are designed as foliate-carved torcheres with a gold leaf effect, while the bases are circular with gadrooned and foliate borders. The matching smaller stand exhibits similar scrolled and beaded ornamentation. Also included is a wooden? coaster set and a matching wall-mounted key rack. The wooden components feature brass-toned heart-shaped inlays and integrated metal hooks. The gilt-finished pieces show extensive areas of surface loss, revealing the underlying white gesso material.
