A framed Chinese porcelain plaque of rectangular form, decorated in the famille rose palette with overglaze enamels. The scene depicts two scholars standing on a mountain path beside a bridge, set within a traditional landscape featuring a lakeside pavilion, a distant dwelling, and mountains rendered with fine blue linework. The composition includes blossoming trees in shades of pink, white, and turquoise. The plaque is set into a hardwood frame with a decorative brass hanger designed with an openwork geometric pattern. The reverse is finished with a dark-stained wood backing board secured by metal pins. The lower left of the porcelain bears a vertical inscription in black ink reading Village Village and the name Cun Mao, followed by a small square iron-red seal mark containing stylized characters that are not clearly legible.
