A collection of UK cupro-nickel fifty pence coins featuring a variety of commemorative reverse designs issued during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The group includes several examples from the 2011 London Olympic series, featuring sports such as Athletics, Cycling, and Badminton. Other notable commemorative issues include the 2007 Scouting Centennial with the fleur-de-lis emblem, the 2010 Girlguiding UK centenary with the trefoil design, the 2013 Benjamin Britten composer centenary, the 2016 Battle of Hastings 1066 issue, and the 2016 Team GB Olympic coin. The obverse of each coin bears the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with the circumscription ELIZABETH II D G REG F D and respective minting years ranging approximately from 2006 to 2016. The coins are housed in clear plastic numismatic storage sleeves.
