The group includes two distinct forms: pedestal-style cups with a stemmed base and bucket-style cups without handles. The collection features licensed properties including Thomas & Friends, Garfield, Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, Postman Pat, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Super Mario Bros., South Park, Spider-Man, and a near-complete set from the film Chicken Run. Decorative transfers include character portraits and text such as GOOD MORNING! and COWABUNGA!. Legible marks on the decals include copyright information for Turner Entertainment Co. dated 1998, Gullane (Thomas) Limited, and Ragdoll Productions dated 1999.
