Two vintage desk organizers of varied construction. The first is a three-tier stationery rack or letter organizer featuring a stepped design with a distinctive S-curve or wave-profile to the side panels. It is constructed from plywood with a dark mahogany or teak? toned veneer to the exterior and a lighter, natural wood finish to the interior backboards. The bottom tier is divided into two smaller compartments. The second item is a combined perpetual calendar and pen stand mounted on a rectangular oak? or similar light hardwood plinth with decorative linear routing. The calendar mechanism is housed in a black textured plastic? casing, featuring three thumbwheels to adjust the internal scrolls, which are visible through a silver-toned faceplate with three rectangular apertures. The display shows the month, date, and day of the week. Mounted beside the calendar is a circular, domed wooden block with five vertical holes of varying diameters intended for pens or pencils.
