An assortment of vintage jewellery storage items comprising three distinct pieces. The primary item is a miniature upright mahogany finish jewellery armoire, featuring a glass-fronted upper cabinet door decorated with a white and yellow floral motif. This cabinet is fitted with four small drawers arranged vertically, each dressed with ornate metal pull handles. Also included is a rectangular polished wood jewellery box, possibly burl effect?, with an inlaid floral marquetry design to the hinged lid depicting yellow blossoms. The interior of this box is lined with red velvet and contains a internal compartment, with a brass escutcheon to the front. The collection is completed by a heart-shaped jewellery box with a cream-coloured textured faux-leather? paper exterior, a hinged lid opening to reveal an internal mirror and red velvet lining. The metal hardware throughout the collection exhibits a darkened patina. No maker’s marks or labels are legible.
