The brass? bucket is of circular, tapering form with a rolled rim and a vertical seamed construction. It features a heavy hand-wrought iron swing handle secured with iron rivets to the body. The second item is a copper measuring jug? or tankard of straight-sided form with a slightly flared base. It is fitted with a cast C-scroll handle in a dark-patinated metal, likely brass? or bronze?, which is applied to the body with visible solder joins.
